Maybe you love the research and writing, but don’t have the time. Maybe you enjoy the courtroom advocacy, and would rather delegate the research and writing.
Either way, you can turn to me. You simply provide me the raw materials, we discuss the project, and then I start working. We can talk throughout the project to ensure that the written product is fitting into your strategy for the case. As I research, I’ll provide any insight that may help you develop that strategy. You will get not only the law for your argument, but also written advocacy to advance your argument. Within the first paragraph, the judge will know why your client should prevail. I also incorporate my document design recommendations for a professional written product.
I have a comprehensive subscription to Westlaw. I do not invoice you separately for the cost of the subscription. And, perhaps even more important to your budget, I have the experience to know when to stop researching and start writing.
