“How do I find more time?”

I have an answer to this question. Much of my practice is focused on helping sole practitioners and small firms with their civil litigation cases. I can work on short-term or long-term projects for you. Whether you need to associate me as counsel to help with the big case you just got in, or only need me to respond to opposing counsel’s motion filed right before trial, I am available. I am licensed in Georgia, but can also help out-of-state attorneys with research and writing.

What can I do for you?

  • Draft an appellate brief
  • Draft pretrial and dispositive motions
  • Serve as co-counsel in a litigation matter
  • Domesticate an out-of-state judgment
  • Draft Daubert motions
  • Respond to motions
  • Draft discovery requests
  • Assist with issuing an out-of-state subpoena

Let me take some of the load off. I have a comprehensive subscription to Westlaw, and I don’t invoice you separately for that cost. We can discuss alternative billing arrangements, per diem rates, or I can bill by the hour. So let’s talk about your project.

If you have not used contract attorneys before, see my posts:
